The satisfaction of our customer is really important for us.
Please start a dispute to return your fabrics at email@example.com and request for a refund or reprint within seven days on receiving your order. Also please be sure to include pictures of the problem. We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you.
Shipping & Fabric Damage
1.If the fabric item shipped to you is wrong. You may either claim to exchange it to the right one or request for a refund and meanwhile send back the wrong item with your courier account.
2.If the fabric you wish to print on is not in stock or currently we are not able to restock. You may claim a refund and Mydreamtones will deal with it in 2 days and you will receive your money within 10 days.
3.If the fabric are with severe damage and defects, please be sure to include pictures of the problem and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. We will initiate the refund after confirming the proofs.
4.If the fabric is missing during shipping, please contact email@example.com, to inform us that the packing is missing half way.
5.If some items are missing in the order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the rest within 10 days after confirmation.
6.If there’s damage on the fabric that’s believed to be caused during shipping. Please check the package thoroughly before signing or directly reject it in front of your door. Also be sure to take pictures as Mydreamtones may need evidence to dispute with the courier company and get our customer refunded.
Color varies from your computer monitor and the printed fabric. And it is normal in such case where monitor is in RGB mode and printer is CMYK ink. Also if you have a specific fabric color to follow, please let us in advance before placing the order.
Regarding ready goods, the pictures are for reference only. Please be subject to the actual products. The ready goods are not refundable due to color issues.
Design & Pattern
In most of the occasions, we will help to check if the image is good to print carefully. But you are responsible for what’s uploaded unless there’s an email or notice given to us before placing the order.
